Reverend Damiko Faulkner
Pastor, Ben Salem Presbyterian Church

Reverend Damiko Faulkner is a faithful witness to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, he and his wife, Niche Faulkner, have returned to their hometown where they now reside with their two sons, Channing and Chase.

Rev. Faulkner discovered a love for public speaking and outreach early in life, which led him to study Communication at Winston-Salem State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He continued his academic journey at East Tennessee State University, receiving a Master of Arts in Professional Communication with a focus on Speech and Psychology. Answering the call to ministry, he later earned a Master of Divinity and a certification in Urban Ministry from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

His ministerial experience includes teaching and preaching across diverse congregational settings in both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Charlotte, North Carolina. He currently serves as Pastor of Ben Salem Presbyterian Church, where he works closely with the congregation to meet the spiritual and practical needs of the surrounding community. His leadership includes forming new partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations.

Rev. Faulkner is passionate about preaching the Word of God in a way that invites practical application and faithful action. He believes ministry should move people beyond hearing the Word to living it out daily. He also commits his time to mission work and serves on various commissions focused on justice for the marginalized, striving always to lead by example.

Despite the daily challenges that come with carrying the gospel into the world, Reverend Faulkner remains steadfast in his calling. He draws strength from Philippians 4:13, which reminds him, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”
